Wildwater Distillery is a new chapter for an established small-batch distillery in the heart of the West Country.
We’ve taken on the distillery, equipment and recipes previously behind Scout & Sage, preserving some much-loved spirits while giving the business a completely new identity and direction. Wildwater is an independent, family-backed business, with Anna at the helm and a simple ambition: to make genuinely great spirits with character, without taking ourselves too seriously.
We’re starting with two gins— our classic London Dry Gin and vibrant Raspberry & Hibiscus Gin.
But that’s only the beginning. We want Wildwater to be somewhere we can experiment: exploring new botanicals, seasonal and limited-edition spirits, collaborations and ideas that are a little less predictable.
