Wildwater Distillery is a new chapter for an established small-batch distillery in the heart of the West Country.
We’ve taken on the distillery, equipment and recipes previously behind Scout & Sage, preserving some much-loved spirits while giving the business a completely new identity and direction.
Wildwater is an independent, family-backed business, with Anna at the helm and a simple ambition: to make genuinely great spirits with character, without taking ourselves too seriously.
Our journey begins with two gins — our classic London Dry Gin and vibrant Raspberry & Hibiscus Gin — both now in production, with our first customers already placing their orders.
But that’s only the beginning. We want Wildwater to be somewhere we can experiment: exploring new botanicals, seasonal and limited-edition spirits, collaborations and ideas that are a little less predictable.
The stills are running, the bottles are being filled, and we're excited to see Wildwater taking shape. We're delighted by the response so far, and there's plenty more to come.
